L'Avenue B&B é situato in zona centrale, a pochi passi dalla Porta Nuova di Verona, sul corso principale, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria (circa 4 min). In caso di check in al mattino (non prima delle 10.30 am, gli Ospiti possono lasciare il bagaglio presso la struttura.
Normalmente il check in è tra le 14.30 e le 17.30. Possibili altri orari solo previo accordo anticipato.
Dista solo 5 minuti di passeggio da piazza Bra (Arena) e tramite la navetta è agevole raggiungere la fiera di Verona.
Molto comodo anche per l'areoporto Catullo di Verona.

Esiste la possibilità di aggiungere una camera priva di bagno a ciascuna delle 2 esistenti, con possibilità di 4 o 5 posti, in 2 camere separate e con bagno in comune, naturalmente a un prezzo inferiore.

Le colazioni a seconda della disponibilità del gestore, sono servite in casa o presso una rinomata pasticceria a 2 minuti a piedi dalla struttura, a base di prodotti di prima qualità, centrifughe, brioches, e alta pasticceria.
Nelle camere è comunque a disposizione degli ospiti il bollitore per il té.
Si richiede, per quanto possibile, di comunicare alla struttura l'orario di arrivo.
Su richiesta, è disponibile un posto auto, su prenotazione, con una maggiorazione di euro 15,00 a notte.
The Avenue B&B is located in the central area, easly accessible on foot from Porta Nuova Train Station so that the Guests can leave the lagguage at the propriety in case of the morning check in (not before than 10.30 am). Usually the check in is between 14.30 and 17.30, but other check in times are possible only on agreement.
IIt's just 5 minutes walk from piazza Brà (Arena) and easly accessible via the shuttle bus to Verona Fair.
Very convenient also from/to Catullo airport in Verona Villafranca by bus.
Its central locationfavors the stay in the city.
